Called and not helpful. Wouldn’t had even called if it wasn’t for Lowe’s recommending on Lowe’s.com/install. Wish I would had read the reviews. Oh snap! I lucked out dodging this one!

They literally wasted everyone's time sending a technician out just to tell us they don't work on mobile homes. Don't you think that's a common question that should've been asked when we called in originally? Don't waste your time.

So came...didn't lift tiles in other room where I wanted the unit. Never looked but suggested put in same spot. Got estimate and when we saw it was too high he called his boss and went down approx 5000 on 1 unit and almost 6000 on another unit.

Wish -stars were allowed. This company is an absolute waste. I schedule an appoinment online for an hvac maintenance service, shortly after I was called by a rep and she confirmed my appointment between 8am and 12pm on Monday. Monday, No tech arrived. I called to verify reason for no show and they stated that because I didn't respond to text message sent around 10:30am that my appointment was canceled. I had a complete new hvac system put in (2 brand new units) in 2024...cost a fortune! Called Brothers December 30th 2025 to have them serviced...they gave me a next day appointment only to text me in the morning and say they had to reschedule...being in no hurry we had a date at the end of January (the 26th)...all well and good. They CALLED me on Sunday January 11th and said they could come on Monday the 12th...perfect! Changed my plans made the appointment for between 8-12...
