If I could give zero stars I would! My son paid them to move the duct work to the attic and they did a TERRIBLE job the duct work is up there but we are left with crooked vents, which we’ve called about and nobody has gotten back to us, and vents falling out of the ceiling! We are using a piece of tape to hold it up. Also when my son confronted the technicians about the crooked vents they said there was nothing they could do about it.

We are very happy with the service we received the plumber guy was very nice and explained in great detail what was the problem and then fixed it in the rain will definitely be recommending and using this business again

We bought a brand new HVAC system for our home in oct 2023 and in Oct 2025 the blower fan stopped working we were told that this item was not covered by warranty and we would have to pay 5-600 dollars to replace it i found out not by brothers repair people but my own investigation that the blower motor was not working well with the newer models of the HVAC system and they (brothers) are replacing alot of them,I feel the customer should not be charged(which i was) for the replacement blower motor,I did reach out to Mr King an... read more

We are very disappointed with Brothers Air, Heat & Plumbing. We signed up for their Elite Membership ($32/month) expecting priority service, but that never happened. We paid over $8,000 for a tankless water heater and later $22,000 for a Mitsubishi mini split and 5-ton Rheem AC. Within 4 days of installation, both systems failed. I called immediately, explaining that my 6-year-old was sick with a fever and that we needed urgent help. I was promised service the next day between 12–4 PM. No one showed up.
