Had a technician come out to check the AC due to not blowing cold air. Noticed the copper pipe and coil was frozen. He said it was the blower motor and circuit board. He said the parts were covered under warranty and the labor will cost $4000 to install. When did labor cost so much. He said it’s a 4-5hr job. Maybe my math not right but that’s $800 an hr. That’s sounds insane. I will not be doing business with them ever again. Who charges $800 an hr for labor.

I called this company and asked them if were they running a a/c tune-up special like other companies for $19.95 because I actually had an appointment with another company to do it but they had to cancel twice because they had too many demands for a/c work. So I called Brothers after the guy told me they were running a special and he could have a man out to house the next day I said ok. Horrible and crooks. Tried to charge me $7k for a tankless swap and $5k for water filtration as they said my water had more chlorine than a swimming pool. Had another company, Water Heater Express, come out and fix my issue for just a service fee and tested my water and showed it was fine. Go with them or if not, ANYONE else. Seriously
