I always like to give people good reviews but for brothers air, heating and plumbing I cant do that. They made an appointment with me on Saturday between 10 and 2. At 1:40 They call me and said the guy is tied up that they are coming but will be between 2 and 6. Then at 6 they call me said they wouldnt make it out today that they would come tomorrow between 10 and 2. So I was fine with that. I have the Essential Plan with Brothers Heating and Air. I am supposed to get a spring check and winter check. I scheduled my winter check last November and have been rescheduled 3 times because the technicians are held up at other homes. Do you know how inconvenient it is for us to rearrange our work schedules around these rescheduled appointments? I have cancelled the Essential Plan and will go with a more reliable company.

I had a complete new hvac system put in (2 brand new units) in 2024...cost a fortune! Called Brothers December 30th 2024 to have them serviced...they gave me a next day appointment only to text me in the morning and say they had to reschedule...being in no hurry we had a date at the end of January (the 26th)...all well and good. They CALLED me on Sunday January 11th and said they could come on Monday the 12th...perfect! Changed my plans made the appointment for between 8-12... Told me on phone did Hydro blasting . send young lady out . She then told me they can't do that. Then want charge me 91dollar charge. She call in they agree to 31.00 charge . These people don't know what they do or can't do .. BEWARE.

Beware, the company will charge you even if they can't help you. Also they won't honor an online price. Call center never communicated this when I explained what my issue is. Let's just say I've been using Brothers for several years exclusively. Bought an HVAC system, that's paid off & used them for some plumbing issues. I planned on doing a lot more business with them. After today's experience I will not ever use them again. Tech was nice, not his fault. Terrible company
