Welp 1st time using this company. Had an appt for 8-10 its midnight now with no replies or responses. Never again. They never showed up.

I’ve been a customer for over 12 years. My disappointment with Brother’s isn’t with their technicians work.. However it’s the ability to keep a scheduled appointment and if for any reason don’t keep your appointment PLEASE inform your customers. My situation has happened at least for the past 4 years for both AC & heat maintenance. On each of my maintenance appointments no one called and no one showed. The communication with Brother’s and their customers definitely needs improvement.

I called to get my A/C looked it. It wasn't working. Service tech came out and cleaned out the drain line and said that was all. It started working again, but before he left out of the driveway, it shut back off. He went out and jiggled the condensate pump and it started again and said that was all it was. $289 for that only to have to stop again after he left. I tried to call Brothers 3 times to get someone to call me back. No one ever called. I spent $90 on a new pump from Home Depot and a line and got it working in 3 minu... read more
