The technicians put the unit in the wrong place and were finished when we realized it. We told them it was unacceptable, they argued and when I told them I was calling the sales rep and telling him to have them pull the new unit out, they said they would fix it. They had left a 6 foot hose that was way too long and the copper pipe had 15 welds in it. They had the unit sitting on the wrong side with the power line hanging way out from the unit. Called a. Customer service # for Brothers area code (803) to schedule an appointment for a kichen faucet replacement. First tried to charge $89 to tell me how much to replace but after questioning that she waived the fee. Scheduled a time - 4 hour blick between12-4 today , took half day off. Got a call at 3 pm say plumber on his way. Never rece6a call updating me so I called at 4 pm to find out issue. I was put on hold for 5 minutes then was told appointment was cancelled. These people are the absolute worse! They've sent two statements saying I owe them foe work they haven't completed. They've sent two different technicians that need to go under my house and of course both were too big. So here we are almost 2 months later and the job isn't done. This started on 11/29/24. Once I paid them for the initial drain issue, they allegedly did the replying but didn't do the heating part. We were told by "Scott" they'd pur in new hearing ducts and we didn't need to pay until the job was done. We'll as... read more

This is not the same Company from whom I purchase a HVAC unit in December, 2021. An appointment was scheduled for Thursday between 10am and 2pm, no one showed up or called. The same results when we called and made an appointment for the following day. Also, the manager never called as requested. How can you confirm an appointment and not follow through two days in a row? Brothers, what is your problem? Good-bye.
