Never again! My AC went out yesterday on 7/4. I was calling around to schedule a tech to come to the house. I was able to schedule a tech to come the next day on 7/5 between the hours of 10am - 2pm. I booked a second appointment JUST incase with Morris Jenkins on 7/5 between 4pm - 6pm. I CHOSE to go with Brothers because they had an earlier opening, 10 -2 so I cancelled Morris Jenkins. Paid for a membership service that they can’t fulfill. Came out two weeks ago to check on the HVAC unit said everything was fine two weeks later broken and nobody can come out To help an 84 year-old woman that’s in the property with no heat at 100° weather. Absolutely worse service company ever.
