I thought my filters was suppose to be changed. He did much of nothing,just used my hose to squirt my unit off. I could have done that myself. Thank you
Miles was our service technician and he was great. He informed us of possible future repair issues and went above and beyond. We've been Brothers customers for 20 years and they've always done right by us.
Tech was on time, very polite, helpful and very courteous. I now have water again ! His work was AWESOME! He also cleaned up his mess. I didn't have to do anything. Thank you so much, I really appreciate the Technician. He gets 10 stars from me !
