By luck, found Brothers Air Cooling & Heating through a neighbor after getting several quotes for a new AC for a rental property. I was given a couple options for a unit satisfactory to my needs, no up sales and a good AC at a reasonable price. Another plus for us was we got to support a small family business, whom provided the best service we could've asked for! Thank you Brothers for a job well done!
We had an issue (that I caused) and they were so helpful!! We called and told the situation and the lady was SO helpful to tell us what we needed to do! It was a problem that really didn't require them to come out. MOST companies are like, "yeah, we'll be there tomorrow!" But, she was so helpful! We didn't even have to waste their time coming out to our house! I can ASSURE you, when the time comes and we DO need someone to come to the house, it WILL be this company!! I really love Brothers ac. They always come asap and are very thorough with everything they do. They also take care of my daughters ac promptly at her condo. This time they had to go to more that one place to get the part for my ac. Thanks
