Great service from Jose and team after the most recent winter storm. Had a 30-35’ high branch crack which went over some cable lines (thankfully not the power lines specifically) in my back yard. BoTW was quick to return my call and get a time set the next day for an estimate. Jose came out, was able to give a quote, and even better, come back the same day with a crew to knock it out. Absolutely using you guys again for anything that comes up!
During this past winter storm I had a tree limb crash down on my gazebo and lean up against my power line that is connected to my home. I called them at 7:30 in the morning, I received an answer right away. A few text messages later and here Jose was at my home providing me a quote. I accepted the quote (as I just needed/wanted the tree cut down with no removal). His team was here about 2 hours later the same day, and 15-20 minutes of his crew working they were done. Tree work is an incredibly skilled proffesion! These guys and gals not only know their craft but exceed with customer care and satisfaction! I highly reccomend working with them for your arboricultural needs and inquiries!
Did not call back to schedule appointment. Did not show up day of the appointment. Called them and I was given excuses that they were 1 hour late and then they changed it to 1.5 hrs late. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend this business. They did not apologize nor gave me a courtesy call for being very late
It was the quickest booking I have ever done, I left voicemail they called me back within the hour staff was really friendly and attentive. Within two days I had something booked entry was removed before even the next week. Steph was quick to remove all debris, job was almost done by the time I got home from work. They also included stump removal which I didn't expect they also covered it up but dirt it was like the tree was never there. Dealing damage in my yard was grass recovered within the week.
