Brotherhood Mutual Insurance Customer Service - TOP NOTCH, HIGHLY HELPFUL - Our church had a time sensitive issue with our premium payment being lost in the mail, cancelation of our policy was a possibility. We were having trouble receiving authentication codes for online payment. Should really be ashamed of yourselves. A Christian company, huh? God surely doesn’t sleep. The lives of 3 kids mattered, but of course, not to an insurance company. I guess you are great for your clients but horrible to the victims you are supposed to cover.
