In today’s times, it seems like every business is out to get more and more out of you by cutting costs, cutting corners, or cutting into your wallet. Not today..... I took a chance on Brotherhood Garage... Wow! The customer service was EXCELLENT! The experience was EXCELLENT! People may say, “It’s just an oil change.” No..... it’s MUCH more than that!
We went to Brotherhood for a quote via a referral. I researched via google what kind of expense to expect and they were spot on. They did brakes on our Ford Explorer and all was perfect. Super customer service..professional staff..very nice facility/customer wait area. I am very paticular about who puts a wrench on my cars..but no worries here. 2 thumbs up for sure..PS..they left my car clean and put complimentary cookies in my console. They got us at "cookies"😊. would recommend anytime.

Took my truck here today for an oil change (diesel).. first time here after moving from Texas and I have to say that everything was perfect. Made the appointment last week and when I showed up, I was greeted with a smile, my truck was serviced and the windows cleaned (did NOT expect that!) and the price was spot on! Thanks so much! I had the oil changed in my car today - my first visit to Brotherhood Garage - and it was a pleasant experience because of the knowledgeable and capable office staff, comfortable waiting area, refreshments and quality car care at an affordable price. I will make Brotherhood Garage my “go to” for any car care needs. Great job! Oh....and cookies on my car console when I got in to leave! You can’t go wrong with Brotherhood Garage.
Excellent customer service, extremely fast turn around time & very informative text updates through out the entire process! Overall great experience at Brotherhood Garage today! They even left these cute thank you cookies in my car when it was done! Will definitely be returning ☺️
