This was a horrible detailing service — I was completely fleeced. I paid $150 for a detail and they refused to clean my rims. They said the black marks would not come off the rims of my two month old car. I showed them with my thumb that it came right off when wiped and they still refused to do it. They also left oil and drip marks in the interior of my car. I asked for a refund or discount and they refused. They should not be in business.

This was the biggest waste of money ever. To start with the customer service is non exisitent. They have 0 customer service skills. The car literally looked the same as when I dropped it off. I had to point out drip marks and finger prints. The guy seemed upset when I pointed it out and asked him to wipe it up. They only cleaned easy to reach areas. Didn't clean behind the door handles. Brothers Hand Car Wash aka Feydis Auto Detail? Unsure what name the business goes by but...I love this place. There is a new car wash chain opening across the street. However I will continue to come here and support a small business. The people that work here do an excellent job, their price point is fair, and all their services are HANDWASH. This is the menu that is handed to you and the choices they offer. It is easy to miss, so keep an eye out.. it’s across the street from Publix/CVS.
