The project manager failed to show up for the scheduled appointment, which was extremely unprofessional. When I followed up with a message expressing concern about the manager's absence, I received no response. This is extremely frustrating because we were genuinely interested in working with Brother and Brother Builders on our project. I'm sorry but such behavior raises concerns about reliability. Who writes reviews ?? - usually there are 2 types who does. 1) One who has something to complain and wants to have their voice heard. 2) the other who thinks that the business went above and beyond to deliver. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, thoughtfully, and with great attention to detail. They offered the most reasonable quote compared to others we received, and the final cost stayed well within a reasonable range of that estimate.
