Went to get an oil change last week and brought my own oil per high mileage. Mechanic told me he used my oil which I stated was in my back seat. Traveled straight out of town from oil change and made a stop one hundred miles out. That’s when I noticed they didn’t use the oil I purchased and they claimed they used. I also had spark plugs and wires in my trunk that I purchased from O’reilly in July to eventually get a tuneup. When attempting to get tuneup done today my parts were gone from my trunk! They change my oil filter then put back old oil and a little of my new oil and kept my oil
