Very disappointed. We were charged for a service without being told there would be a fee, and now they're holding our title until it's paid. They also pressured us to tell the bank we were happy with the SUV, promising to fix any issues, then later tried to charge us for those repairs without ever informing us beforehand. Poor communication and lack of transparency.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Brothers Auto. I feel completely ripped off. I had my car towed to their shop because it was overheating and smoking. They kept it over the weekend and I picked it up the following week. Within TWO HOURS of leaving their lot, my car broke down again on the side of the road with the exact same issues — overheating, smoking, and coolant leaking heavily from underneath the vehicle.
