We have been using Brosenne Electric for several years. They have always been terrific to deal with and done excellent work. From the customer service to the work preformed and job completed we couldn't ask for better service. Whenever we call we speak to Liz who is very knowledgeable and she gets things moving right away. Ethan and Luke did a great job and had excellent manners. Thanks for a great job!!
Brosenne estimate was *five* times (5x) higher than other service providers. Same exact job across estimates. Same scope same schedule. Not sure if it was price gouging or just an amateur estimate. And no, I certainly did not go with their quote.
Jacob and Ethan were fantastic from communication to performance. Also were flexible to meet my schedule demands due to unforeseen circumstances and ensured I was educated properly to operate my new transfer switch. Vacuumed my basement when job was complete, leaving it better than they found it.
Ethan was extremely courteous and professional. He arrived on time, listened carefully to what was needed, explained my options clearly, provided me with am appropriate estimate, and performed all necessary work the same day. I was very pleased with the results.
