The doughnuts are to die for. So delicious and fresh. The service was terrible. She acted like we were bothering her. I had never been here before and couldn’t wait. I told her we have never been here before and didnt know how it worked. She didn’t say a word. So i kinda figured it out. She just said “how many” “what flavor” after each choice after i was barely done talking, “”next flavor”. I understand we all have bad days. But youre in a neat store with a cheery atmosphere. Try harder.
Absolutely phenomenal service! Ordered 2 dozen donuts for my daughter's 13th birthday today. I showed up 15 minutes early for our 7:30 AM pickup to grab a quick treat for my son and was totally prepared to wait, but he whipped our order right up. You could tell they were made fresh and they looked picture-perfect. My daughter was thrilled to bring them to her homeroom. Thank you!
