I spoke with this firm multiple times. Every time I spoke with them, I told them that I had a deadline approaching and needed to make a representation decision as a matter of urgency. That conversation obviously fell on deaf ears, because they declined to work with me, and left me scrambling since they chewed up 3 weeks thinking about it. In actuality, I believe they completely forgot about me, and that my matter had an urgent timeline. Can't imagine that they care for clients much differently. Avoid.
