Fabulous atmosphere and food
The best scallops and shrimp anywhere. Always love to have a meal here when I’m in Santa Barbara.

I’m a connoisseur of fish and chips and Brophy’s is among the best I’ve ever had. The beer battering was not too heavy, and fried to just the right crispness. Inside was flaky, perfectly cooked Pacific cod, with just the right amount seasonings. Coupled with views of the harbor, it made for the perfect lunch on a perfect day.
Just perfect for a Santa Barbara experience. We were thankful we brought sweaters after 8 pm.
The food was excellent and perfectly prepared. It came to the table hot and perfectly prepared.
