We heard of Brophy Bros and planned to make a stop from Palm Springs to visit their fine establishment. Being new to the area in a unprecedented event like this we were concerned. But we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality of the staff and their meticulous efforts to maintain a safe and clean environment for their guests was well noted.
