Great location, but there are no cameras at the lot to make it more secure. In the short season we parked our camper there, we had 2 propane tanks stolen and a battery.

Don't bother storing anything here. The gates do not work. The cameras do not work. If something is stolen it is your problem. Might as well leave your stuff in a public parking lot.

Rent a spot months before I had an Rv since spot I was given to look at was nicely graveled, close to the office, no trees, backed to other RV lot and location was well lit at night. Months later I received letter monthly rate was going from $38.95 to over $60 a month, but I could pay annual to keep rate. Since security was an issue and location is close to my home where I could walk to lot, I paid annual amount and was a given receipt saying my spot number was paid through March 2016. Someone stole my boat out of their locked gate and they could care less. No insurance on things in their lot so your if something happens its your fault. Your better off finding a spot anywhere else.

in theory the place is nice. Good location. Ample cameras etc. But a few times during the day I went up and the gate was left open. I figured maybe during business hours they leave it open and close it when they leave. Even though that though annoyed me, i ignored it. Well I went up on a Saturday night at 8:00 and the gate was open. I was not comfortable with that so I went to the office and no one was there!
