From our experience, their staff takes out their frustrations on home furnishings, or they're just plain careless on a weekly basis. Even after countless warnings, the damage kept happening, week after week. I spent more time repairing their damage, then they spent cleaning. They do not care about "new" door casing or trim, they spray acidic cleaner on marble, and the staff and owner deny any responsibility for any damage. We hired them because we just spent $500,000 on a 90% remodel. Fair warning!
