the owner, ed broomfield, jr, promised to come down to my boat to assess an exhaust issue and make repairs/modifications and on 3 separate occasions did not show up. not only did he not show up but never bothered to call. I took off three half days from work to be there. after the third no show I called the office and only got voice mail and left a message to please call me but no one ever did.
