I had two dear bunnies- bonded Rex rabbits that were brothers (same litter) and I was blessed to have had them for 12+ years. Earlier in May of 2023 when it was clear (acutely so) that it was time to put one bunny down, Broomfield Veterinary Hospital couldn't get us in on short notice (understandably), so we drove to Exotic Animal Hospital in South Denver. I will never take my Dog to this place again. Took him in as he was in a lot of pain. Kristi Falk called me after she examined him and she did state he might have a neck injury. She did not say anything else about it. She did diagnose a UTI and I thought that was why he was in pain. Kristi agreed. My poor dog was in a lot of pain that night so the next morning I called for help. Kristi told the lady I was talking to that she suggested an xray the day I came in and I said no. My granddaughter who is 19 yrs old had a sick mouse, she tried doing the right thing by coming in. You should have turned her away instead you charged her over $200 for a house that died 2 days later. SHAME ON YOU!!!! How dare you take advantage of a young girl.
