I recently started the vitamin shots because over time I became deficient in many vitamins, minerals and amino acids. Dr. Kate is amazing, kind and knowledgeable. Her products lack corn and soy, which I can’t have. She created a plan for me while listening to my goals and needs. If you have deficiencies, other concerns or just need to replenish, call her for a consultation. Dr. Kate is very professional.

Dr Kate of the Shot Bar is the best! She has serene presence & is gentle with her injections. This is coming from a needle phobe. Her suggestions with my health desires have been spot on! Grateful for her and the increased vibrancy I feel for quite awhile after.
