Sharron and the entire team at Human Resources are very dismissive and rude. I spoke with Sharon over email for rental assistance. I never even got to fill out an application. She denied me three times just me explaining my situation verbally and how much money I make. I was denied because I didn’t make enough money which is bizarre considering people who need assistance like rental assistance, wouldn’t need it if they made enough money i’m honestly chucking it up to being a minority in a predominantly non-minority county. t... read more
Called to get help with rental assistance. Was told they couldn’t help me as I had no sustainable income… well if I could pay my rent I wouldn’t be looking for help, paying my rent. I was turned away. Wasn’t even given any other information on any other programs and now I’m facing a 7 day eviction.! Yay Thanks Broomfield county. I been struggling to find full time employment for months. I just needed a little help. Never been in this situation before and it was degrading enough asking for help.
They took My son's 9yr & 6 yr old from there Grandma's house while they put Mom in a rehab for drinking in her home . Not in front of the Boys . One speeding ticket . Never any police citation written for any alcohol related offenses of any kind . Neither the Mom or Grandma or myself the father has heard from our Sons in 2 weeks . Blonde & Blue eyed boys are missing while in ss care .
Honestly knowing the white population is higher expecting any form of help in Broomfield is impossible a trap city for ethnic individuals especially if your mix for them to steal your money and leave you homeless if I could give the city as a whole a rating it'll be -10/10 from false income restricted apartments to getting assistance in utilities and rent should have never move here.
The ladies who answer the phones are extremely rude. You call looking for help, and they do not like to help and would rather threaten and accuse you of things that are untrue.
