I love Dr. Gerry and his daughter and dentist Dr. Alexis Mack. They are true gems. This is a real family practice. The hygenists are very kind - and EXCELLENT with children. The women who work up front have worked there forever - which is a testament to how kind Dr. Gerry is. Dr. Alexis even walked my son over personally to another office in the same complex that I was at when I was trying to do double duty and be at my daughters Orthodontist appt while he was having a cavity filled. AMAZING people and good souls. <3
BEWARE OF FRAUD!! I should first mention that my husband and I both work in healthcare and can recognize when shady things are going on… There are many things that have frustrated my family about this practice, but this takes the cake. We have given them our new insurance MANY times, and they refuse to bill the correct insurance.
