Came here to try the strawberry matcha and brunch. I am not impressed to say the least. Food is okay, but supremely overpriced. Drinks are mid. The strawberry matcha isn’t worth the hype. This is one of those aesthetically pleasing coffee shops. Everything looks pretty but tastes super bland. Save yourself the time and money.

Owner Peter is very unprofessional and rude. Walked into the store to see him giving a talk to one of the employees and she broke down crying after that. Treating your employees like they are less than should never be tolerated in any environment. On top of all this they call themselves a "local business" when they are from California and their coffee is mid at best. Go get your coffee somewhere else where they respect their employees

Bougie store, expensive, selling "sustainable", "environmentally sourced" lifestyle things...a whole bunch of random stuff for thoses who want to feel like they are rich since they are buying it in ward. Whatever. After going through the store i purchased a few coffees and teas. Service was not friendly. Slight attitude with and an undertone of, "I'm better than you" vibe. We love the coffee at Broome St! Definitely one of the best coffee spots in this area.
