First let me start by saying that my children have come to this practice for years, they were transfers from Dr. Saeed when he retired. My children saw Dr. Rao until he retired, he was a great doctor, very caring. After he retired we chose to stay with the practice. I scheduled my son a physical because I needed a form filled out pertaining to the asthma he has had his entire life, its documented and charted in his records, they have filled his inhaler scripts many times over the years. The scheduler/receptionist was EXTREMELY rude and will definitely prevent new patients from going to this practice due to her terrible attitude. Very bad first impression. We just moved here from out of state so I simply called to make a new patient appt. I was very kind over the phone while inquiring about the practice and wanting to schedule an appt. **Discriminative** Was trying to verify why their facility does NOT provide any kind of translation services. I was told by Heather numerous times that they communicate with their clients with the application on the clients phones. It is a NY State REQUIREMENT to have translations services put into place for non English speaking clients.
