Horrible service. I signed in at 9:20am, was then placed in the room to wait for the dr. He showed up in the room at 10:30am. I ve never waited that long to see a dr. And the opperator is rude with smart remarks and speaks way too fast like she has no care in the world. So glad im switching to banner health center at verrado :)
Maryvale Pediatrics consist of several doctors. Most of them are pretty good. However the front office itself can def use room for improvement. My mother has been taking my kids their for years and Today they say they need a letter stating she can bring them..which they should already have. Then the "lady" tells me to fax it and doesnt give me the fax # before hanging up. I had to call back which anyone who calls there KNOWS you hold forever. I finally gave up and looked up the fax # online. They are NOT very hepful at all! ... read more
