Terrible company. Had my floors done. Tech used so much water that is has warped my baseboards. Tech called in and talked to manager and sent pictures. We waited 3 days for a response and heard nothing. My wife called , texted and finally got a hold of the owner. Owner said he wasn't going to deal with it and said he was having his lawyer send us a letter. What the hell is that. We should be suing his ***. They also blocked us from leaving any reviews on ********.

We are sorry this didn't turn out the way we of course, all wanted. This matter has been turned over to our attorney for settlement, we are not in the habit of being verbally abused as you can see above...we offered to compensate them the cost of the job, as well as additional...their baseboards were NOT installed properly, never cut nor caulked properly. Ok everyone, just had my tile in the house Professionally cleaned and sealed. I used BROOM HILDY cleaning services. They are based out of Brevard. My house floors look amazing! No call now show first time I hired them. The girl I called when they didn't show said someone tried to call but I had no voicemail. Then was told through ******** messenger that they had only found out a few minutes ago that the tech called in and no one had tried to call me. Told them I wasn't happy at all about the service they provided and was blocked on social media so I can't leave a review there. Would not recommend to anyone!

We had the pleasure of working with Sway. He was very attentive and on time he made sure that we checked his work before moving on to the next room to make sure we were happy. He also came out on super bowl Sunday as we just bought a home and didn't realize but seemed super happy to be helping us out. he was very knowledgeable of his job and things that weren't even in his job description super helpful was fast and very efficient I would definitely recommend him for any job.
