Do not use this company. I had broom come out to service my gas fireplace. It has worked but I just wanted them to double check connections. The technician came out and started pulling on the slate around my fireplace saying”this is removable.” He ripped the tile off the wall area of the fireplace. Multiple pieces fell and broke off the wall. I have called and talked with Sam which I sent photos where it was broken. I called last week, with no response. It has been 3 weeks and my fireplace looks terrible
I have been with Broom Heating and Air since 2017, and have always had excellent service. The technicians are very knowledgeable, well trained, and always professional. My technician today, Adam, provided me with the same awesome service as previous technicians. He provided detail information about the service performed and the unit efficiency status. Broom Heating and Air did an excellent job (as they do every year) servicing our gas log fireplace. They performed our annual cleaning and was able to complete a minor repair quickly and efficiently.
