Michael is the best technician I have ever had. And I have had a few. He is knowledgeable, kind and takes time to explain everything and answer questions. He is a keeper.
I HAVE BEEN USING BROOM FOR ABOUT 20 YEARS AND HAVE BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR SERVICE, SALES, AND INSTALL STAFF.
Broom Heating and Air installed our AC and gas heat in 2017. We signed up for their maintenance plan and a technician comes out twice a year to make sure all is working properly. The technician, that came today to service our unit was prompt, very nice and explained everything that he was doing. All of Broom’s technicians that have been to our home have been great.
