I had broom come out to service my gas fireplace. It has worked but I just wanted them to double check connections. The technician came out and started pulling on the slate around my fireplace saying”this is removable.” He ripped the tile off the wall area of the fireplace. Multiple pieces fell and broke off the wall. I have called and talked with Sam which I sent photos where it was broken. I called last week, with no response. Everyone was knowledgeable, kind and very polite from the office to the technicians. Tucker and Colby were very helpful and went above what I expected with installing a new blower in my gas fireplace.

Adam carefully examined the gas fireplace and clearly explained both the problem and the solution. The fireplace now looks like new and is working beautifully.
