Our A/C went out last night in the middle of a heat wave, and the second floor registered 90 degrees. I called Broom at 7:00 am this morning, and Michael, our technician, arrived before 10. He diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and made the repairs within an hour! These folks are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and I highly recommend them.
Received a second opinion from Broom on some other work that was done the other day by another company and am so thankful I did! Adam and Sam were both phenomenal to work with and took amazing care of us and got our air working again. Signed up for the maintenance plan as I don’t want to use anyone else in the future!
