The association is a joke. They do nothing for us here.....I have had a broken patio door for going on 2 years now and they still haven't fixes the issue. Trying to get a hold of someone from the association or the complex itself is next to impossible. They put Rock salt and shovels in the hallways for us during the winter term, EXPECTING the residents to do the job of the complex and get rid of ice and snow on the walkways. The place is nice but the association is awful. They are very slow and VERY cheap when it comes to resolving issues. They do almost nothing for us, and yet the condo fees go up every couple of months and we just got notified of the second special assessment of over $600, 2 years in a row. Not to mention that the facilities are so outdated, such as the laundry machines and the machine to reload the card. This is honestly ridiculous.
