The association is a joke. They do nothing for us here.....I have had a broken patio door for going on 2 years now and they still haven't fixes the issue. Trying to get a hold of someone from the association or the complex itself is next to impossible. They put Rock salt and shovels in the hallways for us during the winter term, EXPECTING the residents to do the job of the complex and get rid of ice and snow on the walkways.
