HAHAHAHAHA this place is an absolute JOKE! DONT BUY OR RENT HERE Living here for the last 4 years has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. The association is a joke. They do nothing for us here.....I have had a broken patio door for going on 2 years now and they still haven't fixes the issue. Trying to get a hold of someone from the association or the complex itself is next to impossible. The hallways are a joke, the walls are filthy, the stairs and rails are unsafe. You can not ever get a hold of White and Katzman Property Management because they never respond. The property manager is also useless unless you threaten to get higher authorities involved. Trying to get a hold of someone from the association or the complex itself is next to impossible. They put Rock salt and shovels in the hallways for us during the winter term, EXPECTING the residents to do the job of the complex and get rid of ice and snow on the walkways.
