Doesn't do any good to post a negative review as the manager has the option to delete it lo. She is a snake and just waiting to bite anyone that doesn't share her views. I moved from there a few months ago and my autistic son didn't want to move with me so she invited him in her home. Shortly after she took him o the social security office and tried hard to get his money. She tried many times to no avail. They were able to see the snake.

I have enjoyed 4 years living at Brookwood Village. The manager, Teresa is great. She is always available to help or assist in anyway. The lots are much larger than most mobile or rv parks. The location is very convenient for dining, shopping and hospitals. IT'S GREAT!!!!!!!

I lived there for about 6 months and I thought it was a great pace to ive. the management was real nice and I enjoyed my stay.

have lived here since 1974! have seen a lot of changes in the neighborhood. from 2 lanes to 4 all around. love living here. our last 2 managers have been the greatest, and we have seen a lot of them..our park is always clean and well kept. love driving thru and seeing what my neighbors are doing with their yards. love the flowers and trees everywhere. so peaceful here. close to anything you would ever need. we have terrific neighbors beside us, behind us, and in our area. teresa, you are doing a great job and thank you so mu... read more
