the cleanliness of the apartment people are very nice you that own it the people that live here are very sweet and I'm very happy here if something needs to be fixed it's fixed within 24 hours if it's something serious they come right away I'm very happy that's all I can say
Jim Milano here, I was told that I was in the # 40's to get an apartment here. Not too sure if this is such a good place. I stayed with a friend in building 13 and was beside myself as to the condition of the apartments and the grounds. These apartments are rented at a % to the tenant but the owners are receiving top dollar. After paying utilities, its about as much as I am paying for the one bedroom that I am paying for.
