This is a horrible company. I rented 5 years. When it came to leave I did a walk thru with manager everything seemed fine. I just filled out an application and they told me there was alot of damage . If there was the manager would have seen it they just trying to get more money shame on yhem

I would NEVER recommend such a terrible management company! My fiancee and I moved into Yorkshire Woods 6 months ago to a really nice (or so we thought) one bedroom, one bathroom loft apartment. Within the first few weeks, we began discovering high volumes of insects. We took photographs and presented it to the manager at Yorkshire Woods, Mr. Boyd. I've lived in my townhouse for over 3 years now without any issues. Anytime I've had to call about issues with the apartment they've come out in a timely manner to fix the problem. The only thing I can complain about is my neighbors, but unfortunately I can't choose who my neighbors will be. Whenever my neighbors got to the point of being "out of control," Brookwood has always helped in appropriately handling the situation.

Stay away, rudest company I have ever rented from, property manager Scott Lemon is complete a$$hole, they don't want to hear your a struggling American, let alone a struggling military vet, if you run into problems with paying rent they will evict you. Rent from better people, they only care about making money and not even doing proper repairs.

Liars, Cheaters, Thieves, and Crooks Galore I have lived at an apartment with Brookwood Management for the last 3 years with minimal problems. The problems started when I left the apartment complex. I kept my place extremely clean and tidy for the time that my wife and I were there. When we left, we literally got screwed out of our security deposit that we worked hard to put in there.
