Purchased Brookwood Home in January 2020, I have used gas fireplace less than 10 times, with gas logs that have gone out today. I suggest given quality of products used, be sure to ask to choose your own gas logs to ensure that you have a product that will last longer than a few times.
be sure they do not place the air conditioner outside of bedroom, as the noise is so loud no one can sleep in that room, tile floors not sealed in master bath, in guest bathroom, the panels were not sealed with silicone, no paint under the window sills, gutters placed too close to window making impossible to hang shutters, gutter drains not buried in ground, carpet has nails sticking up at entrance to bedrooms and on staircase, door hung to not align with lock...could go on...will stop...
