Another morning waking up at Brookwood Club Apts with a headache!!!! Would no recommend moving here at all. Long list of problems that have recently come up but I will share the 2 majors ones. Broken AC in the Florida summers should be the main reason why should move here, with countless of maintenance calls and trouble tickets being submitted there still has been no fix to the apartment being 78 degrees at its lowest.
