Lights on building on all night long like it matters. You have neighbors. Shut it off. You aren’t that important at 2 am lol. Lot lights are fine. But your logo? Come on.
I have been with this outfit since 2000's. Biggest mistake of my investing life. Not sure how they remain in business. Ever hear of a real estate investment partnership simply walk away from an asset and let the bank take it back? No? These guys did. Now, one last property to exit. Trkla and company have held it over 10 years. Currently over 93% occupied with positive cash flow - except for irregular distributions to investors. If you are thinking of investing here, think again.
