I bought a **** ****** Xterra with ******* miles on it after my **** Xterra with ******* miles was totaled in a snow storm. 6 weeks after I purchased the ****, the radiator inlet broke off and I took it to my mechanic to have it replaced. When he pulled out the radiator he found the mount was so rusted out that the radiator wasn't attached by any bolts and was held up by rubber straps attached with zip-ties. Worst service I've ever had!!! Bruce the Service Manager is a crook and has no customer service skills. I took my 2007 *** 2500HD Duramax diesel to have the oil pan gasket removed. I originally scheduled the appointment with Mike the owner, super cool, great customer service, as well as everyone I've dealt with when first calling and taking truck in. Brookwood has always provided us excellent service for our cars and I love being able to be greeted by their adorable dog Buddy when I need to do maintenance. Sadly, I was rear-ended and my car was totaled. My husband I went to them and checked out their used cars. We didn’t find the perfect one for my needs, but their sales team was caring and patient as I worked through their inventory without feeling any sales pressure. Great people and wonderful service team!
My daughter bought a car here 4 months ago. After a subpar inspection by their service department it has been back to them 5 times in 4 months. This has cost almost as much as the car is worth in out of pocket extra expenses. The car was sold as is, but the problems should have absolutely been taken care of before selling. When we take back in for service they have not been thorough then either. To the point motor mount screws were "forgot" to be out back in, and defective parts that were refurbished put back in.
