I moved to Brookwood Holbrook 6 months ago. It is very nice, clean, quiet. The staff is helpful & pleasant. The Super is right on top of things. My experience has been great. I am so impressed with the place! Donna

Can't even believe someone left a 5 star review. Must have been paid to do it. Place is a complete dump. My mother lived there for ALMOST 30 YEARS. Anyone can imagine the normal wear and tear of any living space. She had no pets, did not smoke, was obsessively organized.....the rent just went up and up and up over the years and they did NOTHING inside the place.
