We lived here in 2020. Our apartment was fully renovated (new kitchen, bath, carperting). Plenty of heat and hot water included in the rent. Grounds are meticulously maintained and very nice; lots of grass to play on. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of parking. Laundry building is beyond convenient. The immediate proximity to the nearby playground, beach, waterpark, waterfront promenade and marina are amazing! Maintenance staff and office staff were always responsive. I highly recommend it.
