Best moving in experience I've had! Very kind management and they have been more than helpful since we moved in.
People need to be aware, and it's unfortunately not really the property's fault, but a creek does run through the complex, causing part of the parking lot to floor durring very bad rain storms. As of May 2025, the potential for you to lose your vehicle in a flood if parked in a particular part of the lot is there. The property does seem to want to figure out ways to resolve this, and it does happen very rarely.
This place floods! Since the other review saying this ppace floods was clearly removed, I feel it is my duty to let others know the truth, until this review is also removed. This property floods. And it has been know for many, many years. I find it extremely scummy that they aren't transparent about it and remove reviews. Not only the parking lot but the actual units interiors flood as well damaging residents property. Something needs to be done.
We lived here for 4.5 years and we loved it! Brook Curtis is very friendly, helpful and responds quickly. If we had any issues, maintenance was there usually the same day or the next day, but we never had any major issues while living there.
