I was so hoping to have a different experience with Vicky from what the reviews has said. I called to inquire about availability which she gave specic information at that time. Then she emailed me days later with conflicting information yet sent attachments with criteria. Vicky is not professional nor helpful. I understand that she wants to screen qualified applicants(income elgible) only but she has a poor way of doing so. Whoever the secretary is there is VERY rude, unprofessional and outdated to still be holding said position/job title. I inquired about a unit and 1.) she was vulgar about the questions I was asking and kept reiterating she'd "been there 25 years" 2.) She said she would email me to further assist me and just completely wrote me off. It's been weeks now. I decided to write a review only because it's been so long. I hope they replace her ASAP
