Avoid this place Moved out in june. Staff rude,abnoxious, totally incompetent. Dog poop,pool and definitely jaquizzi sketchy although pool area looks nice in photos,our washing room always had washers out, maintenance is bad,noisy, residents cars towed because of vindictive staff driving about checking car regs, overflowing rubbish due to needing more bins I could go On forever. Dirty, smelly. The office staff does respond back quickly. It says on their lease that no marijuana smoking is allowed. My apartment reeks of marijuana 24/7. I've complained to the office but they can't do anything. Their laundry room is dirty, smelly and hot. They have a wall AC unit but it does not work.
Awesome. I love it here. The apartments are pretty nice, the pool rocks, and the staff here are exceptional! I was up against the clock moving in and against the odds they made it happen. During the process I felt like I a person and not just another customer. Since I moved I can say that this place is pretty chill. I'm grateful to the staff here and the pretty blonde lady who was working with me.

Perfect! One year ago I sold my house, I moved into Brookwood Apartments 6 months ago. I had to fix more things to sell my house but when I moved in here there were only a few little things. The management and Maintenance team resolved everything beyond my expectations. The walls between the apartments must be well made, insulated and sound proof. I never hear my neighbor's and they are always home. I am thrilled that without asking the management tuned up all the air-conditioners, cleaned and sealed all the air flow ducts. ... read more

I don't recommend I would not recommend this complex to anyone. The year we have been here (we have recently moved) has been nothing but bs coming from the management office. People rarely pick up after dogs, not to mention the "dog park" is filled with cigarette butts. Our neighbors were horrible and I actually had to call the police on them multiple times (once leading to a court hearing I had to miss work for). The duplexes to the south of the complex are terrible as well (nothing Brookwood can do...in their only defence.... read more

Beautiful and clean I have lived her a short time, although its been fantastic. The management is great as well as maintainance, being helpful and timely. I recommend all family and friends to move on in.
Changes Or apartment was not well fixed before we moved in. The carpet was old and in need of replacement. There are nicks in the linoleum in each bathroom. And recently I've found out the walls are suppose to be an almost white, their am off white almost tan. Since the change over of staff in the office it takes a week or more for a maintenance issue to be attended to. Brookwood apts Living here at the brookwood apts has been good we from Los Angeles CA and life is really nice and quiet here the apts have nice floorplans,a really nice pool area and dog friendly environment so all and all come check out brookwood see you soon
The Quite Complex Brookwood is a quaint apartment complex near many essential stores and restaurants. The road that it is attached to Brookwood has medium traffic during rush hour. The complex looks clean and the rooms themselves are old but still good looking. Many of the residence are elderly, which leads to a quite environment. Parking close to your apartment may be a bit hard but the walk is never very long. And the trees and grass remind me of my childhood home back in the South.
