Tim Walter was fantastic. The quote he gave me was the price I paid after delivery, no games or funny business. Driver was very friendly and proffesional. Car had to be picked up ahead of time, Tim called me and explained the situation fully. He was very accommodating and we had plenty of time to get car ready. Delivery was right on time as well. Great service overall, wil use again if need arrises.
Don't bother. They increased my inital quote by $50 stating the carrier requested it and then I still paid the carrier the agreed upon amount, meaning they pocketed the extra $50. There was NO communication unless I engaged it and promises of call backs never happened. I asked several times for a phone call from the owner but that never happen either. No customer service what so ever...
Can only say it in one word they….SUCK.
What joke, booked the shipment, never sent the confirmation, never picked up the car, and never responded to the emails or calls I made after they made the booking
