Avoided at All Costs They inserted themselves into a custody issue by providing a letter to support that the mother stating that she is the primary caregiver because she has taken the children to a majority of the appointments. This is beyond inappropriate and is not acting in the best interest of the children. As a medical professional I would never get involved in situations outside of the patients care. Brookville has been our family practice office for over 15 years. Every physician we have seen has been knowledgeable, caring, and most importantly THOROUGH! In these days of rushed and cursory doctor's appointments, we have always had ample time to discuss our concerns and in fact, more than once our doctors caught very subtle symptoms in my kids that lead to the discovery of underlying conditions we were not aware they had. We switched here about a year and a half ago and have had nothing but positive experiences. Friendly staff and doctors that get back to you quickly and gets you right in when needed and you always feel listened to. Highly recommend!
I do not recommend Brookville. Very unprofessional. I was a patient for a few years there at the wyoming location and am no longer. My visits and phone conversations with staff were getting poorer and poorer at the end. As my health was declining and I could not afford certain prescriptions my doctor there would penalize me with not filling out my FMLA paperwork she had been doin for years nor give me the proper time off work to heal from my lifelong condition due to that fact.
