I would advise against relocating to this establishment as the management team is ineffective. The presence of mold and inadequate maintenance are significant concerns. I requested a paint job due to chipping paint, which poses a risk to my young children, but the request was closed without resolution. Furthermore, the premises are infested with cockroaches. Considering the rent amount, the living conditions are subpar. And they have workers that are drunks .
This apartment suck it’s dirty toilet stay back up infested with roaches, everything breakdown, and it takes weeks for to fix water leaks Is a constant this place is just ran down they don’t fix anything once again infested!!! Literally infested
