My husband Kenny Wade Sr lived there abt 12 years. Rent paid on time; apt kept clean. Since this complex is infested with roaches he spent several hundreds of dollars buying roach repellent. Kenny My husband died on jan.202026. I inturn notified Dave? Manager? Of this. I personally made sure the apt was not damaged in any shape. I would advise against relocating to this establishment as the management team is ineffective. The presence of mold and inadequate maintenance are significant concerns. I requested a paint job due to chipping paint, which poses a risk to my young children, but the request was closed without resolution. Furthermore, the premises are infested with cockroaches. Considering the rent amount, the living conditions are subpar. And they have workers that are drunks .
