Doctors and staff are all loving and caring, and very attentive to our pets for as long as we have been going there, over 13 years.

I had been a client for more than 7 years with 4 cats, and numerous services provided without any issues. September 2018 and October 2018 I suffered the loss of 4 dear friends and 1 relative unexpectedly, causing me to cancel several appointments with Dr. Krasnoff. Dr. Krasnoff proceeded to punitively over charge me the very next appointment, verbally abusing me in the exam room, ( the funeral for 1 of my friends was the day after the appointment with Dr. K) he was verbally and emotionally abusive, and over charged me by hun... read more
