So far......I been here almost 3yrs and it's been very enjoyable! The staff/ management is very nice and friendly and all residents are nice and respectful ..... Very nice place to live! Thanks for letting me stay here, thanks
Edit- Evelyn the landlord threatened to call the police on me for “littering”. Not only did I not litter she came up with an excuse saying a resident saw me… thankfully I was warned by others before the police arrived. I’ve never been aggressive to anyone at all there while living with my girlfriend. That’s not okay to do to a black man and anyone honestly. Avoid this place at all costs—unless you’re truly desperate for cheap rent. The good reviews are fake. This apartment complex is overrun with crack dealers and users. Roa... read more
I lived here. Was super happy at the time cause I really needed a place to stay but found out quickly that it was a dirty place to be at. It was cheap which was enough for me but if you don't like mice or roaches then I'd reconsider.
