Edit- Evelyn the landlord threatened to call the police on me for “littering”. Not only did I not litter she came up with an excuse saying a resident saw me… thankfully I was warned by others before the police arrived. I’ve never been aggressive to anyone at all there while living with my girlfriend. That’s not okay to do to a black man and anyone honestly. I lived here. Was super happy at the time cause I really needed a place to stay but found out quickly that it was a dirty place to be at. It was cheap which was enough for me but if you don't like mice or roaches then I'd reconsider.
Between not being able to get hot water to get a shower (or the sink) in the morning (i work) and sketchy looking characters waiting for the door to be opened its time to move.
