I currently live here, this is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever lived. The rental office and maintenance people are rude and completely inconsiderate. Came into my apartment without ANY notice, turns out they messed up and followed the wrong work order. I’m pregnant and there’s black mold growing, maintenance people HAD to come that same day even though I’ve been complaining of issues for over a month. The Craftsmanship is impeccable but the Police Department is as worthless as a drunken sailor.
Would give it lower if I could.
The worst place I've ever lived.The maintenance is the only positive. The walls and floors are thin , I hear everything from the tenant who lives above and they are extremely loud (running, stomping, slamming, and dragging things for the majority of the day and night, Daily to the point my apartment shakes).
