I have lived here for almost a year - no problems with break-ins that I'm aware of. Any repairs needed (2 minor) were fixed quickly. Nice ponds, 3 swimming pools, so one should be close to you, fitness room at Citation Club, staff at office has always been nice and helpful. The only downside I've seen to far is parking - if I work late, I often cannot park in front of my building but not a far walk.
