no privacy... love brenda and billy (potato head) ❤... but you are literally in a concrete jungle and NO PRIVACY AT ALL... very expensive and can hear every single noise your neighbors make. I've been here 3 years cause it's hard to give 60 days notice ahead of moving.

Shout out a thank you to Brenda for sending Michelle to my apartment today. She was a God sent. She was so helpful with a problem that I was having and took care of it in a timely and efficient manner Do not know what I would have done without her. She was so caring and friendly and did it all with a smile. So fortunatel to have such a great team like Brenda and Michelle taking care of us. Thanks again girls
I think it's a great to live. Brenda the property manger has been very helpful for me since I been here. The people in mine bldg. are great people and friendly. Glen the owner and builder has been fantastic with any small problems I had since be here and has taken care of it. I'm looking forward with the new construction of a senior complex that going start to building in a few months. also with the new swimming pool going in soon it's going to be better living here.
Police are here several times a month for the same people and nothing ever gets done. The things that are happening in these buildings don't make it fit for a family at all. Tenants obviously aren't screened very well when there are blunts in the hallway and people arguing in the hallway at 11pm about cocaine. My boyfriend and I are the youngest people in our building (besides little kids) and I feel like we are living in a college dorm. I'm not comfortable living here now and I definitely wouldn't be comfortable living here... read more
