This Place Is A Joke ! There is Dog Shyt EVERYWHERE. We got read the riot act when we moved about rules and regs. They enforce nothing. My neighbor has garbage bag rotting outside their front door for days before they waddle their lazy azz to the dumpster which is 100 feet away. There is trash everywhere. lawn maintenance ir poor and don't even get me stared on the condition of my apartment and appliances upon move in. I regret signing a years lease. Dogs have ruined the place. There is very little sound insulation between units. Now that they allow dogs (seemingly an unlimited number), downstairs residents are treated to nonstop thumping and barking from upstairs neighbors. And don't get me started on the dog shit...
Brookview Apartments Brookview Apartments has a very friendly staff. Even though there are hundreds of apartments in the complex, whenever I go into the office, they always know me by name and know which apartment I am in. When I had problems with my refrigerator, they sent maintenance to fix it the same day. Rent is also reasonable if you are a CSU student.
Brookview Apartments Brookview Apartments are a pretty good place to live especially if you are a CSU student.. If you go to the Housing Fair on campus, Brookview will give you a discount on your rent (almost $200 per month, when I went this past semester). They are also good about maintenance problems and will have someone come over the same day or the next day to fix whatever problems you may have. Good location, right off the bike trail and next to a park. Only 5 minutes to the CSU campus by car, 12-13 by bike.
