I contacted Ayanna Baker who from the start was very welcoming ,courteous and helpful. I told of of the conditions that I live in at my present apartment and that I needed to move ASAP. I then went to visit Brookeview Apartments and to do a tour. She was so nice and truly cared about my situation. Ayanna Baker is truly a beautiful soul and The Brookview Apartments are amazing, I'm so excited to start my new journey in a beautiful complex like this.
I had a great experience working with Ayanna during my apartment search at Brookview Apartments in Elkins Park. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. The tour itself went well, as Ayanna was very professional. However, the apartment building immediately smelled of weed and there was litter in the stairwell. In the apartment shown, the closet door was off the tracks, possibly a sign of maintenance issues. Lastly, you have to pay for heating which isn’t ideal for cold winters.
