We’ve been living at Brookview for 4 years now, and I genuinely appreciate the team that helps keep this community running smoothly. Sabrina and Christina, the property managers, do a great job managing the complex and are always working hard to make sure residents feel safe and comfortable. I’ve been living at Brookview Apartments for a while now and I really like it here. I love my apartment and the property is very well kept. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The property manager Christina is attentive and you can tell she truly cares. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed it was addressed quickly. The only issue I have is that my rent is kind of high and I have to pay for all utilities here. Other places in the area are cheaper but I think it is worth it. I would recommend Brookview Apartments.

Brookview like every apartment has its pros cons and flaws and advantages. We have lived here for 7 years and it has gone through highs lows ebbs and flows. However as a whole we have never ever fully regretted moving and living here. Our major hang up is expense. It is expensive and it goes up about $100 every year you stay. But it is like a you get what you pay for kind of place. The expense has ended up being worth it for our family personally.
