Excellent work. He fixed the issue promptly.
This past Saturday we had an emergency in our apartment. Both Fernando and Jose responded immediately despite the office being closed. They have also followed up with us multiple times since to make sure that everything was OK. Then starting on Monday Sabrina contacted us to make sure that everything was OK and to also provide anything that we needed. She has also checked in on us several time asking if we needed anything. Great Service!!!!
I currently live at Brookview apartments for 3 years. Sabrina and Christina have been attentive and supportive through any problems I have had recently. Maintence (Hector) has been very friendly and efficient in fixing any issues I have had with my apartment. Brookview has just implemented a text/ email process for following up on work orders for tenants. The text/ email you when your work order has been submitted. We’ve been living at Brookview for 4 years now, and I genuinely appreciate the team that helps keep this community running smoothly. Sabrina and Christina, the property managers, do a great job managing the complex and are always working hard to make sure residents feel safe and comfortable. I’ve been living at Brookview Apartments for a while now and I really like it here. I love my apartment and the property is very well kept. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. The property manager Christina is attentive and you can tell she truly cares. Anytime I’ve needed something fixed it was addressed quickly. The only issue I have is that my rent is kind of high and I have to pay for all utilities here. Other places in the area are cheaper but I think it is worth it. I would recommend Brookview Apartments.
